Rental Application

To process a rental application, Sand-Sea Property Management, Inc. requires the following:

1. A completed application, with verifiable information, no blanks
2. A non-refundable $35 check payable to Sand-Sea Property Management, Inc. for credit history screening
3. Complete application submitted by all tenants over 18 years of age
4. Show identification when submitting completed application
5. Signature(s) of all applicants
